boatdaysxm.com presents the boats of two separate companies. Each rents out its own boat, under its own general terms, and answers alone for the rentals that concern it.

Who hosts this site
The site and the booking tunnel are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, États-Unis (cloudflare.com). Data is stored on that host's infrastructure.
Personal data
The data controller is the company renting out the boat you book: OLYMPE YACHTING for ONE LIFE 29, L'UTILITAIRE for PALOMA. Writing to contact@boatdaysxm.com reaches either one.
What we collect, why, and for how long

Who this data is passed to
Your data is neither sold, rented out, nor passed on for advertising purposes. It is processed by the following providers, on our behalf and on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — hosting of the site and of the booking tunnel, storage of the files
- Stripe — deposit and balance payments, and the security-deposit card hold
- Resend — sending of the confirmation, signature and contract emails
- Google Workspace — company mailbox and storage of the documents received
In the event of a claim, the data needed to file it is passed to the boat's insurer and broker. In the event of an accident at sea, it may be passed to the maritime authorities.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to that processing, or ask for it to be ported. Write to contact@boatdaysxm.com; we answer within one month. Two plain limits: we cannot erase a signed contract or its proof of signature before the limitation period has run, nor accounting records before ten years. Everything else, yes.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, cnil.fr.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience-measurement tool. It keeps one single piece of information in your browser, the language you picked, so as not to ask again. That information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. This is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and charts on this site belong to their authors and may not be reproduced without written permission. The boats' names and the Boat Day SXM mark may not be used without agreement.
