Rental terms and conditions
Each boat is rented out by its own company, under its own terms. The document below is the contract itself: it is emailed to you with the booking confirmation, and you accept it by electronic signature before departure. The contract is governed by French law and the French text prevails.

The schedules that form part of the contract
- Schedule 1 — chart of the permitted navigation area and of the marked hazards.
- Schedule 2 — fixed charges (late return, cleaning, fuel, missing equipment).
- Schedule 3 — inventory of the boat and of its safety equipment.
- Schedule 4 — terms of the boat's insurance policy: deductibles, cover excluded during the rental, Caribbean zone clause.
